Use and Care Instructions
Before using your tumblers and cup for the first time, hand-wash with the warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly and its ready to use! 
  • Allow hot liquids to cool to a drinkable temperature prior to sealing lid 
  • Keep out of reach of children when filled with hot liquids. 
  • Dishwasher safe : We do not recommend washing your stainless steel tumblers or cups in dishwasher as doing so may affect the insulation properties of tumblers as well as discoloration of the powder coating. Soaking your entire Tumbler in hot water can discolor the powder coat. 
  • Do not use in microwave or freezer 
  • Do not use on stove for cooking or pre-heating 
  • Do not overfill product. Hot liquid can scald user 
  • Do not use bleach or chlorine to clean the product. 
  • Hand-wash your tumblers or cup with a non-abrasive soap 
  • We also suggest cleaning with 50/50 of water and vinegar. 
  • Clean all parts with warm soapy water. 
  • Use baking soda for removal of stubborn spots 
  • Wash your Lids in dishwasher.
Q1. Product Warranty ? 

Thirsty Pelican Products are built to last a lifetime and carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the life of the product. Thirsty Pelican will replace any product found to be defective.  Replacement parts will be utilized to address the defects when available.

Warranty claims will only be approved by Thirsty pelican if the product was purchased through Thirsty Pelican Dealer. This warranty is limited to the lifetime of Thirsty pelican products, as subjected by or subject to applicable laws. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include any dames, defects of any Thirsty Pelican products caused by cleaning, caused by wear and tear, fire or acts of GOD.

Warranty claim will be replaced by same size, color Thirsty Pelican. if the size and color are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color and will not be a lesser MSRP value.

Thirsty pelican carries a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the style of the products, they can be returned for a replacement within 7 days of the receipt of your order. To authorize the return, please contact us at

Q2. Return Policy ?
  • Returns should be booked within 7 days from date of delivery. 
  • Item must be returned undamaged with original packaging intact.
  • Refund/Replacement will be processed once the item is received by the warehouse.
Following shall not be eligible for Return or Replacement
  • Damages due to misuse of product.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
  • Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories.
  • Any product that is returned in a condition that is different than which it was received

Q3. How long does the refund process take?

The refund process can take up to 15 days once the product is returned to us. For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout.

Q4. Received Broken Items ?


Should an item be broken, please email us on, within 7 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name and a picture clearly showing it. We will replace the ordered item at our cost.

Q5. Received Defective Items ?

Should an item have a manufacturing defect, please email us on info@thirsty-pelican.comwithin 7 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name, stating the defect and a picture clearly showing it. We will get the item collected for quality assessment and replace the ordered item once we receive the defective piece / pieces / sets at our cost.
